Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-office rehab services under the supervision of a licensed PT in Columbia, SC. You will support patients in regaining mobility and function, while documenting progress and adhering to facility guidelines.

The role requires an accredited PTA program graduate with an active state PTA license (or ability to obtain) and strong collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status to supervising PT.
