Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support patient care and follow individualized plans of care.

You will assist in developing and implementing therapy programs, help patients through all phases of treatment, and record responses and progress after each visit.

Qualifications

• PTA must be qualified and work under a physical therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document progress in charts.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
