Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support patient care and treatment planning.

You will assist in implementing individualized plans, document patient responses, and communicate with the PT and rehab team to ensure quality outcomes. Existing facility staff and protocols guide daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified physical therapy assistant.
• Assist in implementing individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and document responses to treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions after each visit.
• Maintain communication with Physical Therapist and staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment.
