Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager - Outpatient in Oshkosh, WI. This full-time role places you as the go-to leader for patients, residents, and staff in a supportive team within Aspire Senior Living’s outpatient setting.

You’ll enjoy a strong work–life balance, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings, and opportunities to grow clinically and managerially across multiple facilities. New grads are welcomed, with comprehensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and liaison with Area Manager.
