Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehab Program Manager – Outpatient, to oversee clinical operations for physical therapy services in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role involves leadership responsibilities, coordinating outpatient care, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff in a setting that includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient clinics.

The successful candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist (WI) with a focus on delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the practicing state (WI) or eligibility to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, delivering patient care.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with patients, residents, and staff to support program goals.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred
