Aegis Therapies in Minnesota is seeking a Part-time Program Manager for Outpatient services. You will lead a team in an outpatient setting, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a liaison for the Area Manager while delivering compassionate care to residents and patients.

This role emphasizes building relationships, working Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings, and offers professional growth through ongoing clinical mentorship with opportunities to transfer across nationwide settings.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Setting:

Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Pay Range: 28.00 to 37.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
