St. Charles Health System is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide treatment under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role supports rehabilitation across care settings and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Must meet licensure requirements for PTA in the applicable state and have current CPR/BLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assists in reassessments and data collection for plan of care updates.
• Collaborates with the Physical Therapist to modify goals and plan of care as needed.
• Documents care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care conferences to support patient learning and outcomes.
