Step Up Rehab, LLC is hiring Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team at Milton SNFs. Licensed in Florida or license-eligible, you’ll work in skilled nursing facilities with dedicated therapy gyms and a focus on resident function and independence.

This role offers flexibility with PRN-style scheduling while maintaining some full-time benefits, including a modern facility, supportive leadership, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
