Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbrook Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, working inside the dedicated therapy gym within the skilled nursing facility to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. We’re hiring a PTA – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for PRN coverage with increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
