Edgefield Post Acute in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available with $40-55 per hour.

We offer an in-house therapy program, new grads welcome, and competitive benefits including healthcare, 401k, and PTO. You will record treatment notes, assist the PT, and collaborate with the health team to support patient progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
