Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Sunnyvale, CA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $40–$55.

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT board.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences, as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in maintenance and discharge preparation.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress.
