Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team in Sunnyvale, CA. The PTA will support therapists with patient care, record treatment notes, and help maintain the therapy area.

Responsibilities

• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
