Job summary

Symbria in Elmhurst, IL, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Rehab Team at Park Place of Elmhurst. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and help older adults achieve meaningful outcomes in geriatric settings.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll maintain productivity, complete required documentation, and support a patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute/long-term rehab is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT to implement treatment plans and help patients achieve outcomes.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support geriatric care.
