Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to serve patients in DeSoto County (Arcadia), FL. The role supports home visits with 5-10+ per week and may expand to full-time as the market grows.

You will provide PT services under supervision, assist in equipment needs assessment, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care across settings.

Formación

• Active Florida PTA license.
• 1 year minimum home health experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and patient education skills.
