Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our innovative rehab team focused on neuro recovery and cognitive decline. The PTA will be responsible for delivering personalized therapy programs and integrating technology to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of experience preferred, with previous facility experience.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents
• Integrate interactive/gamified tools into treatment plans
• Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline
• Contribute to a dynamic, evolving care model
• Help with development and education on screening processes

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed COTA or PTA
• Passion for innovation in rehab and patient engagement
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Physical Therapist in the provision of Physical Therapy services to residents, including treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a Physical Therapist and per physician orders.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Previous Facility experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
