Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Durham is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient post‑ICU care team on the 6th floor of Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC. This full‑time role supports PT services, including exercises and functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of physical therapy services including strengthening, coordination and balance exercises; posture, endurance and functional skills.

• Train patients in locomotion using orthotics, prosthetics or assistive devices.

Compensation: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience
