Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist
Measure & record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
Observe and document on resident performance.
Treat residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage, assist residents in carrying out specific exercises.
Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
A graduate of an accredited PTA Program
Current New York State PTA License
