Job summary

Step Up Palatka is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting, inside a dedicated rehab gym at Palatka Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life for residents.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
