Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities
• Implement physical therapy care plans
• Coordinate care with the entire care team
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members

Must Haves

• PTA license in Texas
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care), or Veterans Homes preferred
• Experience with EMR systems
• A genuine care for people and a commitment to outstanding patient care
