Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Greendale, Wisconsin is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence within an in-facility setting. You will work closely with a rehab team to deliver treatments and monitor progress, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Address the whole patient, promoting independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other care professionals as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate therapy and education to patients and families.

Education
