Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement established OT programs, deliver treatments, and help patients regain independence within a supportive environment.

In this role you will follow recovery plans, collaborate with the rehab team, and provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across varied settings. This position emphasizes growth, mentorship, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments to help restore function.
• Support patients as they regain independence and adapt to various settings.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to other providers as needed to maximize care.
• Maintain patient-centered care with compassionate, high-quality service.

Education
