Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy services under the Director of Rehab. You will implement established recovery plans and provide compassionate care to help patients regain function.

You will work as part of a collaborative team across rehabilitation disciplines, maintain accurate documentation, and adapt therapy to each patient's needs in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients when needed to ensure care thrives.
• Provide care in an in-facility environment and uphold patient-centered service.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
