Job summary

Powerback is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-facility therapy, implement plans, and support patients and families with compassionate care.

Minimum OTA program graduate with NBCOT certification and state licensure eligibility; you will join a dedicated rehab team across Wisconsin facilities, contributing to rehabilitation and wellness in a supportive environment.

Title & Location

Occupational Therapy Assistant – In facility, reporting to Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
• Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
3. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Salary Range

USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
