Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-facility therapy services under the supervision of the Director of Rehab. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapies to patients in a caring setting.

Required: Graduate of an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and licensure or eligibility in the state. This is an in-person role with full-time hours in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program as per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT Certification (OTR/OTA) as applicable.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families.

Title & Location

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
3. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Salary Range

USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
