Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC invites licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to provide skilled home health therapy as 1099 independent subcontractors across Florida. Implement plans set by supervising PTs, delivering hands-on care in patients' homes with a flexible schedule you control.

Licensed PTA in Florida required. Per-visit compensation of $45, with no relocation, serving patients in your own county across all 67 Florida counties.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 form.
• Reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as directed by supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction.
• Document patient progress accurately and per home health guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and progress to supervising PT.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications.

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout Florida. You will implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists, providing hands-on patient care in the home health setting on a flexible schedule you control.

What You’ll Do

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines
