THHN Consulting LLC is a Florida-based healthcare consulting company connecting skilled therapy professionals with patients across 67 counties. We hire licensed PTAs to provide home health therapy as 1099 independent subcontractors, with flexible scheduling and patient care in your own community.

As a PTA, you will implement treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining licensure and required certifications.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 form on file if requested.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications.

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout Florida. You will implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists, providing hands-on patient care in the home health setting on a flexible schedule you control.
