Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC in Florida is seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to provide skilled home health therapy as 1099 independent subcontractors across the state. You will deliver hands-on patient care in patients' homes and support supervising therapists.

You control your schedule, choose your own caseload, and earn per-visit compensation. You must maintain licensure, carry liability insurance, and have reliable transportation. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS (Healthcare Providers) certification.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• W-9 form provided by THHN.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications.

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout Florida. You will implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists, providing hands-on patient care in the home health setting on a flexible schedule you control.

What You'll Do

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
