The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing setting.

As a PTA, you will assist the PT, evaluate and treat residents independently, and work to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness for our residents. We offer a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Must possess an active PTA license in the practicing state.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
