Position Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to help patients regain optimal physical function and achieve patient, physician, and therapy goals. Adhere to all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain standards set by the community’s administration and policies and procedures.

Education & Responsibilities

• Must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college and a current, valid license from the state of employment.
• Provide treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate records on all residents on caseload.
• Keep the Physical Therapist and healthcare team informed of residents’ progress and changes.
• Modify treatment plans only under the direction of the licensed PT.

Experience

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Shifts & Wages

• Full-Time Opportunities available.
• Shifts needed: Weekdays and Weekends.
