Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Chandler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position. The PTA will administer therapies under supervision, assist with mobility and exercise programs, and document patient progress while maintaining a safe treatment environment.

• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
