Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a dedicated PTA to support Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Join a compassionate, collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes for patients across our facilities.

You will assist with mobility and therapeutic exercises, document progress, and contribute to a safe, efficient treatment environment. This PRN/As Needed role requires flexibility for varying shifts and weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and active credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities.
• Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is both technically skilled and deeply patient‑focused. Ideal candidates will have:

• An Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current PTA license in the state of practice
• CPR certification
• Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
