Job summary

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Chandler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will assist the supervising PT with interventions, support patient mobility and exercise programs, and ensure accurate documentation and a safe treatment environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree from a PTA program, current PTA license in the state, CPR certification, and rehab or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from PTA program is required.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
