Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health, Prosser, WA, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to examine and treat patients under the supervision of an evaluating PT. The position is 0.80 FTE with varied scheduling and is on-site at Prosser Memorial Health.

Responsibilities include completing necessary paperwork, maintaining communication with patients and families, caregivers, physicians, and site staff, and performing diverse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensure according to state regulations.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Basic Life Support certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and charting.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, caregivers and physicians.
• Perform diverse duties as requested or required at contract site.
