Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health in Prosser, WA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to examine and treat patients under the supervision of a physical therapist. This part-time role (0.80 FTE, 64 hrs per pay period) includes completing required paperwork and coordinating care with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and site staff.

Education/requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program, state licensure, a valid driver’s license, and Basic Life Support certification.

Job Summary:

The staff licensed physical therapist assistant examines and treats patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork; and works with evaluating physical therapist in maintaining communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician and contract site staff; and other diverse duties as requested or required.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensure according to state regulations.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Basic Life Support certification necessary.
