Responsibilities:

• Act under the supervision of the treating physical therapist and according to the plan of care.
• Participate in developing and evaluating the plan of care with the patient, their representatives, and caregivers.
• Provide services ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
• Assist in documenting patient progress and response to treatment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license to practice in South Carolina.
