West Village Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility located at 8 N. Texas Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina. Successful candidates will have:

• An associate degree
• Certification to practice in South Carolina

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Our PTA will assist the Physical Therapist in implementing care plans for residents based on physician treatment plans. Responsibilities include recording treatment notes, tracking weekly progress, and participating in patient care and rehab conferences as needed.
