Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN, part-time, with flexible hours including weekends in rehabilitation services.

You will work with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients on home exercises, and collaborate with the care team during planning, discharge, and daily huddles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in the State of Indiana.
• 1–2 years in a clinical setting preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.
• Ability to adapt to varying treatment loads and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately using standardized assessments.

Join a dynamic rehab team where your hands‑on care helps patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans, track progress, and support patients throughout their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do
