Great Plains Post Acute Wichita SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to assist the Physical Therapist with resident care and rehabilitation services in a post-acute setting.

You will document accurately, maintain a safe treatment environment, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to support progress, discharge planning, and home exercise programs for residents.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Document accurately per facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with team.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise and safety.
