Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team and support patient care under the guidance of a physical therapist. You will help implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to positive functional outcomes.

You will discuss treatments with patients, document progress, and maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure cohesive care across visits.

Qualifications

• Assist patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide quality treatment to promote functional outcomes.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment programs with guidance from a Physical Therapist.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize standard PT equipment according to protocols and safety guidelines.
