Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist patients under the guidance of a physical therapist, following an individualized plan of care to achieve excellent functional outcomes.

You will discuss treatment with patients, document responses to therapies, and maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff while employing standard PT equipment to support patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
