Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support developing and implementing treatment plans.

You will assist patients through all phases of therapy, discuss progress with the PT and chart patient responses after each visit, and collaborate with rehab staff to ensure quality care and equipment use.

• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
