Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to help treat patients per individualized plans of care.

You will assist in developing and implementing treatment programs, performing therapy techniques, documenting patient progress, and maintaining clear communication with therapists and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
