Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapy teams and Rehab Department.
• Complete evaluations and required documentation.
• Provide recommendations supporting communications/assessments.
• Deliver therapy per treatment plans and prescriptions.
• Manage treatment workflow and notes in the electronic records system.
• Familiar with PDPM and Medicare/Medicaid billing alignment.
