Physical Therapy Assistant- Providence Home Services- Oregon

Schedule: Full Time/ Days

Supports Canby and Wilsonville

Under the supervision of a physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.
  • Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License - if practicing within this state.

About The Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
