Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide hands-on PT in patients' homes under the supervision of a physical therapist.
You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. This part-time role offers a 20-hour schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays, flexible options, and coverage across Northern Massachusetts communities.

Most visits will be in North Reading, Topsfield, Boxford, North Andover, with additional coverage in Danvers, Hathorne, Lynnfield, Middleton, Peabody, W. Boxford, Hamilton, S. Hamilton, Wrentham as needed.
You’ll work with a diverse patient population and provide care where patients live every day.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and electronic
Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems
The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations
Willingness to travel throughout Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home’s geographic area
