Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one in-home care, enabling patients to regain mobility and independence while benefiting from a supportive team.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll have the independence to use your clinical judgment, manage your schedule, and build meaningful relationships with patients, without giving up the support of a strong team.
Join our Paul Revere team Most of your visits will be in Jamaica Plain and Mission Hill/Roxbury, with additional coverage in Dorchester. You’ll work with a diverse urban patient population, helping people meet their goals in the environment where they live every day.

Home care can be a big transition, especially if you’re coming from a hospital or outpatient setting. Our onboarding is designed to help you feel prepared and confident working independently in the community. Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, visit preparation, and care coordination. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to doctors’ notes and orders, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.
