Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver home-based care across East Boston, Chelsea, and surrounding communities. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and work with a collaborative team to restore mobility and independence.
You’ll have autonomy in scheduling with a focus on safe, effective therapy while receiving support from admission PTs and care coordinators. Massachusetts registration and 1+ year PT experience are required.

At Mass General Brigham Home Care, you’ll step outside clinic walls and into meaningful, one-on-one care—helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence where it matters most: at home. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll have the independence to use your clinical judgment, manage your schedule, and build meaningful relationships with patients, without giving up the support of a strong team.
Most of your visits will be in East Boston and Winthrop, with additional coverage in Chelsea and Revere. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, helping people meet their goals in the environment where they live every day.

Home care can be a big transition, especially if you’re coming from a hospital or outpatient setting. Our onboarding is designed to help you feel prepared and confident working independently in the community. You’ll also have ongoing opportunities for training, education, and professional development.
Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, visit preparation, and care coordination. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to doctors’ notes and orders, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.
