• Implement interventions focusing on posture, movement, strength, and function.
• Administer treatments under supervision and ensure safety and best practices.
• Monitor progress and report responses to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management techniques.
• Tailor approaches to age, development, and cultural background.
• Document care clearly and accurately per policy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control.
• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with policies.
