Responsibilities

• Discusses treatment plans with staff; educates caregivers and family on activities.
• Transports and position residents for therapy; secures them during equipment use.
• Administers manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and modality treatments such as ultrasound.
• Measures range of motion and vital signs to assess treatment effects.
• Monitors equipment use and documents treatments performed.
• Fits patients for braces, prostheses, and mobility devices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
