Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in patient education and training programs to promote healthy habits and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
